A copyright complaint identifies the work and asks the recipient to remove or disable access to the copy. We use the recipient’s applicable procedure, including DMCA where appropriate, with your original references and the exact reported URLs.

Your originals and authorization

Add the original-work reference, your relevant rights and any publishing permissions. Complete your mandate in the dashboard. We review that record before a complaint and leave your official profiles and authorized publishers outside requests.

The right recipient and complete details

We check who controls the reported page or file and prepare the details required by that recipient. These can include work references, contact information, a signature and statements of good faith and authority. You can see the prepared complaint before approval.

Replies, follow-up and verified results

The case keeps the sent complaint, replies and dated checks together. We follow up through appropriate channels and record whether the copy has been removed. Google link removal can proceed as a separate request for the same copy.

If a claim is disputed

We preserve the reply and pause the affected action for your review. Court proceedings, settlements and counter-notifications are outside the subscription. We do not continue an unclear or contested request without resolving the next step.
