1. Add your creator project

Add your name, aliases, official profiles and original-work references. Record approved publishers in the allowlist. Complete the mandate for the actions you want Removora to handle. Your platform login stays private.

2. Find and review copies

Search findings and links you add become candidates for review. We compare the content with your originals and check permissions. Relevant copies become cases, approved publications are excluded and unclear findings stay under review.

• Keep the specific location and discovery date.
• Attach the original-work reference and relevant rights evidence.
• Record permitted uses and reviewer decisions.
• Hold uncertain findings before notice preparation.

3. Send the right requests

We prepare complaints for the website or actual host and, where appropriate, a separate Google request. Each complaint is reviewed before sending. The approved version, recipient and reported URLs are kept in the case.

4. Follow replies and progress

View sent requests, recipient references, replies and requests for additional information in one timeline. If a recipient disputes the claim, we pause the affected action and bring the issue back to you.

5. Check the result

We record whether the website copy is still accessible and whether Google removed its search link. Reports show completed actions, open cases and uncertain checks. New mirrors can be added for another review.
