Service terms

Your contract is with the Removora operator identified in this offer. The selected plan covers human-reviewed copyright protection: public search, private case records, evidence review and authorized requests to websites, hosting providers and search engines within the displayed limits. A possible match is reviewed before a complaint is prepared.

The plan price, currency, monthly limits and tax treatment shown in this offer form part of your contract. The displayed total is the amount charged each month. No additional Removora checkout fee is added. Your bank or PayPal may apply its own currency conversion charges.

Reviewing this offer or returning from PayPal does not complete a purchase. The service contract is concluded when Removora verifies the initial PayPal payment for this accepted offer. We send the contract confirmation and retain an original copy in your billing workspace.

You agree to receive invoices and refund corrections as PDF documents by email and in your authenticated billing workspace. An invoice is issued for each verified payment. A correction refers to the original invoice. These PDFs are financial documents, not structured electronic invoices.

The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can stop the next renewal in Billing or use the public cancellation form without signing in. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation and a statutory withdrawal are separate procedures.

Consumers can choose whether work starts during the withdrawal period. Without an early-start request, work waits until 14 days after the contract confirmation has been provided. The first monthly payment is still taken at checkout. Business service can start once the contract confirmation and the necessary authorizations are complete.

Before a complaint is sent, you must identify the protected work, the reported location and your rights or authority. You give a separate representation mandate in your account. We review it and the case evidence. Buying a plan alone does not authorize a complaint. Agencies need authority for each represented rights holder.

We prepare and communicate approved requests on your behalf and follow their progress. Websites and hosting providers act on copies they control. Search engines act on their search results. A search-result removal does not erase the source page. The recipient assesses the request, and a particular removal result or deadline is not promised.

Court representation, litigation, settlements, compensation recovery and legal opinions are outside these plans. Disputed ownership, counter-notices and requests that need an individual legal assessment are paused for clarification or referred to an appropriate professional. We do not send claims we cannot substantiate.

Use accurate billing and rights information and notify us of relevant changes. For a business purchase, we may verify your tax identity and the business purpose before applying cross-border tax rules. A business checkbox does not take away consumer rights when the purchase is mainly private.

You can revoke a representation mandate for future actions. Revocation stops further complaints under that mandate. To stop subscription renewals as well, cancel the subscription. We keep the case and financial records required for an accurate history and applicable legal duties.

We may pause a specific case to investigate disputed authority, misleading evidence, abuse, a payment problem or a legal restriction. We explain the reason and the next step where legally possible. A service pause does not silently cancel PayPal billing. Any subscription cancellation, refund or other remedy is handled separately and recorded.

Price or material service changes do not rewrite an accepted offer or existing invoices. Where a change needs your agreement, we request it before applying the change. Statutory rights concerning defective performance, refunds, termination and liability remain available.

German law applies subject to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of habitual residence. These terms do not restrict a consumer’s mandatory court rights. Withdrawal information

If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this service contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. The period does not begin before the legally required withdrawal information has been provided.

To exercise this right, inform the operator named with postal address, email and telephone in this offer of your decision in a clear statement. You can use the public withdrawal function, email [email protected] or send a letter. Sending your declaration before the period expires is sufficient. You do not need to sign in or use a particular form.

If you withdraw, we reimburse payments covered by the withdrawal without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your declaration. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and do not charge a reimbursement fee. Any lawful proportionate charge for service you expressly requested during the withdrawal period is assessed separately.

Early service start

Starting work during the consumer withdrawal period is your optional choice. An early start does not immediately remove your withdrawal right. For a paid service, the right can expire only after full performance and the legally required prior express request and acknowledgement.

If you request an early start and withdraw after work has begun, a proportionate payment for the service actually provided may be due only if the statutory conditions and prior information requirements are met. It is calculated against the agreed total scope, not charged automatically as the entire monthly price.

Privacy information

We use account and case data to perform the service, security records to protect it, and financial records to meet legal obligations. This disclosure is not blanket consent to all processing. The full Privacy Notice describes recipients, purposes, legal bases and your rights.

PayPal processes payment details directly. Removora stores payment references, billing details, tax evidence, invoices and refund corrections. Invoice copies are ordinarily retained for eight years after the end of their issue year, with extensions where the law or a documented hold requires them. Closing an account does not automatically erase records that must be retained.

Approved complaints can disclose the rights holder’s identity, contact details, work references, signature and authority to the recipient. Google may share eligible notices with Lumen. Public-search queries can include your public creator name. Review the prepared complaint before it is approved for sending.
