Account and case information
We use your email, account details and billing identity to provide access and manage the service. Creator projects contain profiles, originals, reported URLs, evidence, mandates and case history. Technical records include connection information and security events. Do not provide platform passwords or login cookies.
Purposes and legal bases
Account and service information supports steps requested by you and contract performance. Security, abuse prevention and appropriate case records support legitimate interests. Financial and mandatory records support legal obligations. Optional processing that requires consent is requested separately. Sensitive evidence needs an applicable additional legal basis before use.
Service providers
The service uses hosting in the Netherlands, Hetzner backup storage, Cloudflare for network and bot protection, Serper for public search results and PayPal for payments. Search queries can contain your public creator name. PayPal receives payment information directly. We do not store your full card details.
Information sent with complaints
A recipient may require your identity, contact details, work references, signature and authority statements. We record the recipient and prepared text before sending. Recipients may share notices through their legal or transparency process. Google may share eligible copyright notices with Lumen. A complaint is not an anonymous process.
Security and retention
Account access is protected, evidence is private and operational backups are encrypted with limited rotation. Information is retained while necessary for the account, cases, payment records or legal obligations. Erasure and restriction requests are reviewed individually, including any necessary retention. Backup copies expire through rotation. This does not promise immediate deletion of every retained record.
Your rights and requests
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object where the relevant right applies. Use your account’s data request section or [email protected]. We may verify identity and explain any limitation. You can complain to the competent data protection authority. The account shows the request status and response.
Cookies and external services
Necessary session and security cookies support login, language choice and request protection. Cloudflare Turnstile may load on protected forms, and PayPal loads when you choose its checkout. This service does not claim that those providers never receive connection information. Optional marketing tracking must not be enabled without the required choice.
